Now that I am in my 30's, I find I want to work out.Because I mainly get my exercise by walking and gardening (and shoveling snow), I don't want to do anything too "difficult" - meaning stressful, high-impact, or cardio. I have been looking into yoga because it seems like the slow progression from posture to posture might be the thing for me. I found this 30-day series which works for me.
I also really like the fact that I can do this at home and don't have to drive 30 - 40 minutes to get to a yoga class in town.
